At Solarxin Energy Solutions Private Limited (“Solarxin”, “we”, “our”), we strive to provide a smooth order experience for solar products and related services. As we are not the manufacturer or authorized seller, all products are sourced through our network of authorized partners. Therefore, returns and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective seller/manufacturer.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how requests are handled when you purchase through us.
1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return only if the authorized seller/manufacturer accepts the request.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Returns are usually accepted only for:

Damaged or defective product on arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Missing parts or incomplete order

2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return/refund unless explicitly allowed by the manufacturer/seller:

Products damaged due to customer mishandling or incorrect installation

Used or installed items

Custom-made or special-order products

Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
3. Refunds

Once the authorized partner approves the return, Solarxin will coordinate the refund process.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation from the seller/manufacturer.

Shipping and handling charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

If the refund is delayed by the payment gateway or bank, Solarxin will not be responsible for additional delays.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before confirmation with the authorized partner.

Once the product is confirmed and processed, cancellation may not be possible.

If canceled after payment but before partner confirmation, a full refund will be issued.
5. Warranty & Repairs

Warranty claims are to be raised directly with the respective manufacturer/brand, as per their warranty terms.

Solarxin will provide necessary support documents (invoice, purchase proof) to help customers file warranty claims.

7. Our Role

Solarxin acts only as a facilitator between the customer and the authorized seller/manufacturer.

Final approval for returns and refunds rests with the seller/manufacturer.

Solarxin’s liability is limited to coordinating the process; we do not independently approve or reject claims.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.”
