  • Product availability, specifications, authenticity, warranty, and after-sales service are the responsibility of the respective manufacturer or authorized seller.

  • By using our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Products & Services

  • Product images, descriptions, and specifications on our website are for reference only and may differ from the actual product.

  • All orders are subject to confirmation of availability with the relevant authorized partner.

  • If a product is unavailable or discontinued, Solarxin reserves the right to cancel the enquiry/order and inform the customer accordingly.

4. Ordering & Payments

  • When you place an order/enquiry, we will confirm availability with our authorized partner before proceeding.

  • Prices displayed are indicative and may vary depending on partner availability, shipping costs, and applicable taxes.

  • Payments must be made using our authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, Paytm, Stripe).

  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and partner confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are shipped directly from our authorized partners or via logistics providers arranged by us.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on stock availability, shipping location, and courier delays.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the delivery partner.

6. Installation & Services

  • Solarxin may provide installation, consultation, or maintenance services as an additional offering.

  • Customers must provide safe access to the installation site and necessary permissions.

  • Installation warranty applies only if the service is performed by Solarxin’s authorized technicians.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns & Refunds: Since products are sourced via authorized partners, return and refund eligibility depends on the respective seller/manufacturer’s policy. Solarxin will assist in coordinating the request but does not guarantee approval.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only before confirmation from the authorized partner. Once confirmed, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Non-returnable items: Used products, custom orders, or items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return/refund.

8. Warranty & Authenticity

  • Warranty, authenticity, and quality of products are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer or authorized seller.

  • Solarxin does not provide its own warranty for products.

  • Customers must register warranty claims directly with the respective manufacturer or brand, following their terms.

9. Paid Partnership Program

  • Solarxin offers a Paid Partnership Program for individuals, businesses, and affiliates who wish to promote our services or refer customers.

  • Participation in the program does not establish any agency, employment, dealership, or authorized seller relationship with Solarxin or any product manufacturer.

  • Partner Responsibilities:

    • Promote Solarxin services in a truthful and ethical manner.

    • Comply with all applicable local laws, advertising standards, and disclosure requirements (e.g., clearly stating if promotions are sponsored/paid).

    • Not misrepresent Solarxin as an authorized dealer or official partner of any manufacturer.

  • Payments & Commissions:

    • Eligible commissions will be paid as per the agreed program structure.

    • All payouts are subject to Solarxin’s verification of referred sales, service bookings, or other qualifying actions.

    • Solarxin reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of fraud, cancellations, or disputes.

  • Termination: Solarxin may suspend or terminate participation in the Paid Partnership Program at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms or misuse of the program.

10. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during enquiries, orders, and service requests.

  • You must use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

  • Misuse, fraudulent activity, or false information may result in order cancellation and legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (logos, product listings, designs, and text) belongs to Solarxin Energy Solutions Private Limited or its content providers.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Solarxin acts only as an order facilitator and is not liable for product defects, warranty issues, or disputes with manufacturers/brands.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
