Thank you for shopping with Solarxin Energy Solutions Private Limited (“Solarxin”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We want our customers to have complete clarity about warranties on products purchased through our platform.
Since Solarxin is not the manufacturer or an authorized seller, all product warranties are provided solely by the respective manufacturer or their authorized sellers/partners. Solarxin does not issue or extend any independent product warranties.
1. Nature of Warranty
All solar products purchased through Solarxin are covered under the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
The duration, coverage, and conditions of warranty vary by product and brand. These are specified in the warranty card or product documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Solarxin’s role is limited to facilitating the customer with proof of purchase and assisting in connecting with the relevant manufacturer/authorized partner.
2. Solarxin’s Responsibility
a. Solarxin WILL:
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation)
- Help customers contact the manufacturer/seller
- Coordinate with partners where possible
b. Solarxin WILL NOT:
- Provide or extend warranties
- Guarantee claim approval
- Control delays or rejections
3. Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturing defects
- Replacement or repair
- Warranty periods vary (10–25 yrs panels, 3–5 yrs battery, etc.)
- Customers must read manufacturer’s warranty card
4. Exclusions from Warranty
- Improper handling or storage
- Incorrect installation
- Power surges, lightning, natural disasters
- Normal wear & tear
- Unauthorized repairs/modifications
- Misuse or non-compliance
5. Installation & Service Warranty (Solarxin Scope)
- Solarxin installation warranty: 6 months workmanship warranty
- Applies only to installation service
- Product issues → manufacturer warranty only
6. Warranty Claim Process
- Review manufacturer warranty card
- Contact authorized service center
- Provide purchase invoice
- Provide photos/videos if requested
- Solarxin can assist via email
7. Processing of Warranty Claims
- Inspection by manufacturer
- Repair or replacement
- Timelines controlled by manufacturer
8. Limitation of Liability
- Solarxin not liable for claim outcomes
- Not liable for delays or damages
- Solarxin only provides documentation
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Keep invoices & warranty cards
- Follow usage guidelines
- Avoid unauthorized repairs
- Improper use voids warranty
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.”
