Welcome to SolarXin Energy Solutions Private Limited (“SolarXin”, “we”, “our”), we aim to make your solar purchasing journey seamless and transparent. This Return and Refund Policy explains how we manage returns, cancellations, and refunds for solar products and services purchased through our platform.
Since SolarXin is not the manufacturer or an authorized seller, all products are sourced through our network of trusted authorized partners. Therefore, return and refund approvals depend on the policies of the respective seller or manufacturer.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return only if the authorized seller or manufacturer accepts the request. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Eligible returns typically include:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective items (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
Missing parts or incomplete orders
Moreover, we recommend customers inspect their package upon delivery to identify any visible damage early.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Certain products are non-returnable unless explicitly accepted by the seller or manufacturer. These include:
Items damaged due to incorrect installation or customer mishandling
Used or installed products
Custom-made or special-order items
Products without original packaging or purchase proof
By clarifying this upfront, SolarXin ensures full transparency and avoids future confusion.
3. Refunds & Processing
Once the authorized partner approves a return, SolarXin will coordinate the refund process efficiently. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after seller confirmation.
Please note:
Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable.
Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond SolarXin’s control.
However, our support team will assist you with any refund status inquiries.
4. Order Cancellations
Customers can cancel their orders before partner confirmation. Once the product is confirmed and processed, cancellations may not be possible.
If the cancellation occurs after payment but before partner confirmation, a full refund will be issued. SolarXin ensures a quick and fair resolution for every valid cancellation request.
5. Warranty & Repair Support
All warranty claims must be raised directly with the respective manufacturer or brand, as per their individual warranty terms.
However, SolarXin supports customers by providing necessary documents such as invoices or proof of purchase to simplify warranty claim submissions.

SolarXin functions as a facilitator between the customer and the authorized seller/manufacturer. The final decision for all returns and refunds rests solely with the seller or manufacturer.
Our responsibility is to coordinate and communicate efficiently — not to independently approve or reject claims.
This ensures that every return or refund follows a transparent and fair process.
