At Solarxin Energy Solutions Private Limited (“Solarxin”, “we”, “our”), we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Since we are not a manufacturer or authorized seller, all products are shipped directly by our authorized partners or via trusted logistics providers.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order deliveries.

2. Order Processing

Once you place an order, Solarxin will confirm product availability with our authorized partner.

Orders are processed only after confirmation and successful payment.

Processing time may vary depending on stock availability, product type, and partner response.
3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days from order confirmation, depending on product type and delivery location.

Some specialized solar equipment may take longer due to supplier lead times.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

For certain heavy or large items, additional shipping/handling fees may apply. Customers will be notified in advance.
5. Delivery Process

Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers must ensure accurate and complete address details to avoid delivery failures.

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery at least two times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Risk of Loss & Damages

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier/delivery partner.

Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. If the product is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Any issues (damaged/missing items) must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
7. Tracking Orders

Tracking details will be shared with the customer once the order is dispatched.

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking ID provided by the courier partner.
8. Delays & Unforeseen Events

Solarxin is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

In such cases, we will make every effort to keep customers informed of updated timelines.
