At Solarxin Energy Solutions Private Limited (“Solarxin”, “we”, “our”), we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Since we are not a manufacturer or authorized seller, all products are shipped directly by our authorized partners or via trusted logistics providers.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order deliveries.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship products across India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing

Once you place an order, Solarxin will confirm product availability with our authorized partner.

Orders are processed only after confirmation and successful payment.

Processing time may vary depending on stock availability, product type, and partner response.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days.
  • Certain solar equipment may take longer due to supplier lead times.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by delays or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

For certain heavy or large items, additional shipping/handling fees may apply. Customers will be notified in advance.

5. Delivery Process

  • Products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete address details
  • Delivery partner will attempt delivery at least two times
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability may incur extra charges

6. Risk of Loss & Damages

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier or delivery partner.+

  • Inspect package upon delivery
  • If visibly damaged → refuse the delivery
  • Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours
  • Provide photos as supporting evidence

7. Tracking Orders

  • Tracking details shared once order is dispatched
  • Customers can track shipment using courier tracking ID
  • Tracking statuses depend on logistics partners

8. Delays & Unforeseen Events

Solarxin is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
