At Solarxin Energy Solutions Private Limited (“Solarxin”, “we”, “our”), we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Since we are not a manufacturer or authorized seller, all products are shipped directly by our authorized partners or via trusted logistics providers.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order deliveries.


1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship products across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing

  • Once you place an order, Solarxin will confirm product availability with our authorized partner.

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation and successful payment.

  • Processing time may vary depending on stock availability, product type, and partner response.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days from order confirmation, depending on product type and delivery location.

  • Some specialized solar equipment may take longer due to supplier lead times.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • For certain heavy or large items, additional shipping/handling fees may apply. Customers will be notified in advance.


5. Delivery Process

  • Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

  • Customers must ensure accurate and complete address details to avoid delivery failures.

  • Our logistics partners will attempt delivery at least two times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


6. Risk of Loss & Damages

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier/delivery partner.

  • Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. If the product is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

  • Any issues (damaged/missing items) must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.


7. Tracking Orders

  • Tracking details will be shared with the customer once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the tracking ID provided by the courier partner.


8. Delays & Unforeseen Events

  • Solarxin is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

  • In such cases, we will make every effort to keep customers informed of updated timelines.
