The Series 6 Plus Bifacial module is a high-efficiency, dual-glass thin film solar panel designed for utility-scale and commercial solar power systems. With a power output range of 455 to 480 Watts, it delivers reliable performance in a wide range of environmental conditions, including high temperatures, low light, and partial shading—areas where conventional crystalline silicon panels often fall short.
Built on proven thin film technology, this module features a bifacial architecture that enables it to generate energy from both the front and rear sides. This design allows for up to 15–20% more energy yield, depending on the reflectivity (albedo) of the installation surface. The bifacial advantage makes the Series 6 Plus ideal for ground-mounted systems with reflective surfaces such as sand, gravel, concrete, or white rooftops.
Its frameless, dual-glass construction ensures long-term durability and resistance to environmental stress. The module is PID-free and LID-free, ensuring minimal power loss over time, and its tempered glass layers provide natural self-cleaning capability, reducing maintenance needs in dusty or soiling-prone regions. With a robust mechanical load capacity and certification for 1500 VDC systems, it meets the demands of utility developers and EPCs alike.
As a thin film module, the Series 6 Plus also offers a lower temperature coefficient, meaning it performs better in hot climates compared to traditional crystalline panels.
