The ELITE Series BiN-02-615 to BiN-02-650 is a high-efficiency solar module line engineered with cutting-edge N-Type TOPCon technology, designed to deliver top-tier performance in large-scale and commercial solar applications. With a power output range of 615 W to 650 W, these modules provide exceptional energy density, helping reduce BOS (Balance of System) costs and increase overall system efficiency.

Built on 120 half-cut N-Type TOPCon cells and encapsulated in a dual-glass bifacial frame, this module enables power generation from both the front and rear sides. The rear-side generation offers up to 25% additional yield, depending on the albedo of the installation surface, making it ideal for ground-mounted, rooftop, or high-reflectivity projects. The bifaciality factor, typically around 75–85%, ensures excellent rear-side sensitivity and consistent performance throughout the day.

The use of dual 2.0 mm tempered glass increases durability, weather resistance, and fire safety, while the aluminium-framed design provides structural stability for diverse installations. The modules are designed for 1500 V DC systems, offering high voltage compatibility and improved string sizing flexibility for EPCs and developers. Additionally, N-Type cells are naturally LID and PID resistant, ensuring better long-term energy yield compared to traditional P-Type modules.
